My worst accident!! by Carlos Montealegre Padron

I will tell the story about my accident…
3 years ago when I was twenty years old I was at the BMX track in Belen, I was training on a Thursday for a race on the weekend. When I was practicing my start in the gate with other racer, In the first double big jump I crashed with another bike in the air, in middle of the jump and I felt down from a considerable height, when my hands touch the ground I felt a horrible pain in them, when I looked my hands were totally deformed and I was very scared, after five minutes my trainer, my friends and my mother arrived at the place of the accident and they helped me to lift me up.

My trainer called the ambulance and after 30 minutes it arrived for me, the paramedics stabilized my hands and gave me some drugs for the pain while we got to the hospital.

There made me 3 surgeries, in the first surgery the medics placed me 4 metallic rods on the left hand and in the other hand placed me one titanium screw. After 10 days the medics made me the second surgery on the left hand and realized me a reconstruction of my bones, placed me more screws and removed me the metallic rods.

Again the medics put a cast in my two hands during approximately 3 months.

After a year the medic told me that he would like to made me a new surgery on my left hand because the bones were separated and I needed a reconstruction with my own ligaments for my hand stand finally well and I needed a new cast.

After two months the medics removed me the cast and they told me that I had to go to physiotherapy, this experience was long, horrible and very painful for me but thanks to god I go ahead with effort and perseverance.

Adventures through Europe.By Kamylo Andres Castrillon Ortiz Course 13

At the beginning of 2011, exactly on February I went to Europe with my uncle the first step was in Germany, The Hitler’s land. This trip was a dream of musical group dream inwhich my uncle was one of the directors, and the person who organized all the stuff for all the people including me, get this dream.
This experience was about one month in Europe lands, I had been touring in Germany fifteen daysand others fifteen days in Spain, I got several dreams like was traveling far away from my country to know other cultures, visiting Pacha one of the Best group of electronic clubs in the world and walking through Barcelona because for me is the Best city in the world after Medellin, Those days  were the most fascinating in my life, I felt very exited on each one of this experiences.
By the time that I was starting the tour, the time in Germany was too strong because the group start with the presentations in several cities and towns like Frankfurt, Dortmund, Schwetzingen, Wiesbaden and others, I accompanied the group as logistic carrying instruments and also several days I dressed up the uniform of theirs with the national emblem, In this moment myself felt part of this group, nice experience.
After each three strong days we had free time to relax and went out to know the cities, but Europe was in winter, we needed put a lot of clothing because the weather was between -1° and 3° more or less my uncle and me felt pain in the ears, in the hands because weather was too cold and maybe pain in our feets because when we was going out to know the touristic places, we walked a lot.
Then we had to left Germany when the first part of the tour ended and also my uncle has to do procedures of the residence because he was doing a master in nursing at that time in Alicante.
We went to Spain the first step was Barcelona, a friend of my uncle and her husband receive us in their house around three o four days, I don’t remember exactly but was magic days, we was touring and visiting the rambles
Montjuïc, Gaudi museums and restaurants in the dock.

After to touring by Barcelona, we went to Madrid to visit a part of family and also to got my dream to know Pacha, Madrid a club with three different electronic atmospheres, this experience was the best in this trip I went with my uncle who doesn’t like this kind of music but I know that he enjoyed like me, he was a little bit drunk.
The last step of my amazing experience was Alicante but I was beginning to feel nervous because from Alicante I should to return to Colombia passing by Frankfurt one night alone because my uncle needed to keep in Spain doing his procedures.
This return was also exciting because I had to be able to return by myself, even I didn’t know anything of English or German, I had been waiting around 14 hours at the airport without sleep and with two big baggage, meanwhile I had tried take a rest an African started to speak me and I didn’t understand him, was too fun because we was communicating through signals, and also we played cards, the only bad thing of the African man was his smell.

As I said, you are be able to get your goals if you propose the things, all is in your mind, I returned to my country without problems, I had been sleeping 10 hours which during the flight to Bogota, and I feel so proud of the trip which my uncle gave me, I was missing my family and my beautiful city but I arrive with a lot of experiences that I want to repeat.

MY FIRST TIME IN PANAMÁ BY KATHERINE ECHEVERRY

The first time I went to Panama, I travelled alone. I was very anxious but I was also happy because I was going to visit my family.

The trip was good but was a little delayed and long, when I get to my uncle's home, all my cousin, boyfriends and girlfriends of my cousins and my uncles were waiting for me. It was something very special.

At night my cousins decided to take me to a very famous American place in Panama is like a Bar-Grill. When we arrived, the place was crowded, but a very friendly waiter found us a table, we were on the sofas in the corner near the windows. This place was beautiful and awesome.

The smiling waiter came to serve at the table, the men ordered beer and breaded spiders and the girls ordered cocktails. After a few minutes we got the order and everything was on the table.

When I went to take my cocktail I could see that it had a cup holders and in that moment
-Taassss!!!!! I broke the cup holder, OMG!! Everyone at the table laughed.
The waiter came to the table and he said:
-Take it easy, everything is find.
-I said - sorry!! And kept on in the conversation.

A few minutes later I caught the cocktail again and ..
-Tasss!, the cup holder on the floor.
Very embarrassed. I didn't realize that the waiter had placed another service on    the table and I broke another cup holder.

The people in this place looked at me, obviously my cousin were laughing, the waiter was quiet with a big smile and said take it easy, everything it's ok!.

Te waiter was going to bring another cup holder but my cousins told him:
-Not!!! Relax, thanks! That we would have to pay all the cup holders in this place.

The when we asked for the check they didn't charge me the cup holders and my cousins laughed again and later they made many jokes about it entire week.

JuanJo the Carpet fitter By Alejandro David

This is the anecdote of Juan Jose, a friend of mine. He lives in London, he was a carpet fitter, and he hated it. For ten years he had spent his days sitting, squatting, kneeling or crawling on floors, in houses, offices, shops, factories and restaurants. Ten years of his life, cutting and fitting carpets for other people to walk on, without even seeing them. When his work was done, no one ever appreciated it. No one ever said “Oh, that’s a beautiful job, the carpet fits so neatly.” They just walked all over it. Juan Jose was sick of it.
He was especially sick of it on this hot, humid day in August, as he worked to put the finishing touches to that day’s job. He was just cutting and fixing the last edge on a huge red carpet which he had fitted in the living room of Mrs. Garces’s house. Rich man, who changed her carpets every year, and always bought the best. Rich Mrs. Garces, who had never even given him a cup of tea all day, and who made him go outside when he wanted to smoke. Ah well, it was four o’clock and he had nearly finished. At least he would be able to get home early that day. He began to day-dream about the weekend, about the Saturday football game he always played for the local team, where he was known as “JuanJo the Head” for his skill in heading goals from corner kicks.
JuanJo sat back and sighed. The job was done, and it was time for a last cigarette. He began tapping the pockets of his overalls, looking for the new packet of Marlboro he had bought that morning. They were not there.
It was when he swung around to look in his toolbox for the cigarettes that JuanJo saw the lump. Right in the middle of the brand new bright red carpet, there was a lump. A very visible lump.
A lump the size of, the size of a packet of cigarettes.
“Blast!” said JuanJo angrily. “I’ve done it again! I’ve left the cigarettes under the blasted carpet!”
He had done this once before, and taking up and refitting the carpet had taken him two hours. JuanJo was determined that he was not going to spend another two hours in this house. He decided to get rid of the lump another way. It would mean wasting a good packet of cigarettes, nearly full, but anything was better than taking up the whole carpet and fitting it again. He turned to his toolbox for a large hammer.
Holding the hammer, JuanJo approached the lump in the carpet. He didn’t want to damage the carpet itself, so he took a block of wood and placed it on top of the lump. Then he began to beat the block of wood as hard as he could. He kept beating, hoping Mrs. Garces wouldn’t hear the noise and come to see what he was doing. It would be difficult to explain why he was hammering the middle of her beautiful new carpet.
After three or four minutes, the lump was beginning to flatten out. JuanJo imagined the cigarette box breaking up, and the crushed cigarettes spreading out under the carpet. Soon, he judged that the lump was almost invisible. Clearing up his tools, he began to move the furniture back into the living room, and he was careful to place one of the coffee tables over the place where the lump had been, just to make sure that no-one would see the spot where his cigarettes had been lost. Finally, the job was finished, and he called Mrs. Garces from the dining room to inspect his work.

“Young man,” she began, as he climbed into the cab of his van, laying his toolbox on the passenger seat beside him, “while you were working today, you didn’t by any chance see any sign of Armand, did you? Armand is my parakeet. A beautiful bird, just beautiful, such colors in his feathers… I let him out of his cage, you see, this morning, and he’s disappeared. He likes to walk around the house, and he’s so good, he usually just comes back to his cage after an hour or so and gets right in. Only today he didn’t come back. He’s never done such a thing before, it’s most peculiar…” “No, madam, I haven’t seen him anywhere,” said JuanJo, as he reached to start the van.  And saw his packet of Marlboro cigarettes on the dashboard, where he had left it at lunchtime…. And remembered the lump in the carpet….And realised what the lump was….
And remembered the hammering….And began to feel rather sick…Next day, after that horrible day, JuanJo Decided to leave off, and this is the time he still remember that, and is working and hating his job.

Anecdote of travel... by Ceyra Diaz

Last year, my family and I went to Rome. We reserved the hotel in a town next to Rome, named “Ciampino”.
When we arrived to the local airport, we asked someone how we could go to Ciampino, he answered that we could go to there by bus or a cap. We decided to take a bus, because it was cheaper.
When we got into the bus, I showed the bus driver the name of the place that we needed to go and he nodded, I told him “please, tell us when we are there”, and he nodded again.
After twenty minutes, the bus driver said in high voice: “Ciampino”. My husband told me: “Ceyra is time to get out”, but I told him “No Humberto, we need to go to “Chipriano”. My husband gave me a strange look, but he thought that I knew because I had the address.
Ten minutes later, my husband and I saw through the window that the bus was leaving the town, then we asked to other passenger if the bus was going to pass near Chipriano. He didn´t understand us, then we asked the bus driver and he didn´t understand either, but I showed him the address and he told us, we have left Ciampino already.
In that moment, my family and I got out the bus. We were in industrial zone so we didn´t see anyone around.
We began to walk until we found a little restaurant, but it was in other side of the street. We needed to cross it, but it was very difficult because it was crowded, then we stopped the cars with our hands raised, while we were crossing it. When we arrived to the little restaurant, we asked the waiter how we can go to Ciampino. He explained us that we must go to the other side of the street and there we had to take the bus that took us there.
We returned to the other side of street. We must cross the street of similar way that the first time. There, we were waiting for more and less fifteen minutes, when, oh surprise, the bus that we took, it was the same that left us there, and in that moment it was returning to Ciampino.

This experience taught me two things, one was that I need to know other language well because I will need to speak it sometime, and the other was that Italian didn´t understand easy, I was wrong.

A wonderful trip by Luisa María Gómez Jaramillo

My family and I used to live in a state that has three Islands. Margarita Island is the biggest and it was the place when we used to live. Cubagua is another island but it is deserted and the other island is Coche. It´s a little and beautiful island to rest and have a delicious weekend. We decided to go to this island for a weekend, there was only one way to get there and it was by boat, there were two kinds of boats: the slow that it takes one hour and the fast that takes loke 15 minutes or 13 minutes.

To the Island we decided to take the slow boat because we had a baby that is the youngest in our family. But my other sister, that is also youngest than me, and me, we were very bored and when we got there we just wanted to go to the pool and the beach, we have had our swinwear under our clothes, so we just check in at the hotel and left the things in our room and we went to the pool, it was very fun for us, because it was the second time that we went there.

In Coche Island the sand is white and you can saw all the island walking, it is reallu somenthing wonderful. The restaurants wew fabolous, the food was delicious and we were celabrating my
mother´s birthaday so we ate at the best restaurant in the hotel.

My sister and i have a room just for us, so in the first night we came later to the room and we talk and ate a los of delicious food.

In that big hotel were a lot of animals like parrots and little monkeys so we saw them and we were trying to play with them also we gave them food. The parrots started to talk like us and it was very fun.

We ate a lot of food in the morning and then we started to walk around the place and then we went to the beach and the pool, Obvioulsy we had sunscreen but it wasn´t enough because the sun was very strong. So we were burnt bu we were happy.

At the end we were a little sad because the trip was finished. this time we didn´t found a slow boat so we had to return in the fast boat. It was a little scary because you fekt that the boat was very fast and then started to rain and the wind was very strong, we were a little scary but then was fun because other people in the boat were laughing.

MY MOST EXCITING EXPERIENCE- Carolina Martinez

Since I was a child I have loved extreme sports so much  like : parachuting, paragliding, diving with a shark, climbing the big mountains, etc. And when I was 16 years old I had the opportunity to threw in paraglinding, and for me this activity was  the best moment and the best memories in my live. It  Was on  june 7th , 2011. My parents gave me this present for my birthday and we went to San Felix, and while we were going  there, my father was very nervous and he only told me:” Caro think it well, it is so dangerous and scary “ but my mother told him :” Don`t worry my love, this is the dream of our daugther” but when we got there and when  we were waiting the turn, my father was so nervous and when the instructor call us to sign the permission, my father didn`t want to sign this paper and my mother had to sign it. In the moment when I heard my name, I was feeling a lot of nervous and exciting and when the instructor told me “take impulse and run” and when he isaid me this phrase, I was feeling a lot of adrenaline, as I have never felt. I took impulse, I run and when I noticed I was flying free like the wind. While we were flying the instructor told me” Don`t worry Carolina, be calm”. But we were flying over a cloud and it is pretty dangerous because I don`t have visibility and it is possible to crash with anything or  otherwise we don`t  land fast” . This happened because I thow the parachuting at 5 ocloc`k and this is a dangerous time because the winds are very strong.

I have never had other interesting and exciting experience like this one. I didnt feel scary, but when we were flying  a crossed wind hit us and I felt a Little bit fear beacuse the movement made me  think the parachute could close, and I thought we were gonig  down to  earth. However it was the most wonderful experience in my life because I was feeling like a bird flying around the sky. But the most distressing moment was when we need to land because the strong winds didn`t permit landing well and for this reason we  landed in Bello city and come back to San Felix. There, my parents  were very worried for me becaue I came back  there at 8 o`clock

MY TRIP TO PANACA. BY: Sergio Alejandro Carvajal M.

One year ago I went to Panaca with my family. Panaca is an interactive park, it has a lot of attractions and beautiful shows with different animals and some people wear costumes to make the show more exciting. I was visiting the park and I wanted to go to Canopea, because I had heard some people talking about it in the entrance of the park. It caused me curiosity because they had said that this is the largest and tallest cable of South America. Later we were talking along the park and watching some shows, we arrive to the canope´s tower and I invited my brother to ride in this attraction because it seemed great. Our parents agreed with us and they paid the ticket. When we entered in the Canopea one person gave us the instructions and the appropriate clothing to use the cable. When I started to climb up the towel I was scared and I wanted to back out but my parents had already paid the ticket and the money could not be returned.

When I arrived to top of the tower, I left other people to ride first than me, all people seemed scared and anxious. I was listening some shootings and this caused me more fear to see the people traveling by cable at high speed. I decide to throw me, though. In the middle of the route I stopped but I didn’t know why. I had been hanging for fifteen minutes approximately, those minutes were very long and I was screaming to ask help. From the place that I was, I could see the entire park and some towns like Quimbaya and Montenegro. I was thinking that I will stay here for a long time, I remembered a movie that I had watched about two guys who died in a park, they were hanging too, but the park where they were was near the mountains and the season was winter.

When I got off the attraction, I was afraid and the people who were in charge of the Canopea apologized to my parents and me and they gave us a bonus to buy in the store some memories. At the exit of the park I saw a photo, in which I was, my mother bought it. Finally we went to the hotel to relax after a heavy day.

I remember it and I would not like to ride again.

A wonderful tour in Tayrona By Jazmin Castaño

One day my family and I went to Cartagena to visit my grandma, and we decided to go to Santa Marta because is impossible go to Cartagena without go to Santa Marta. We traveled by car, and we got to Santa Marta at night. We had been in a good hotel before,   but the hotel was so far from the beach, and this time was January, and it was so difficult to find a hotel, also we wanted to be near the beach. When the boys of my family were looking for a hotel to us, we were on the street, and some drunk men arrived to us, we were so scared, because we had the suitcases. Time later, the boys arrived, and they had good news, they had found two apartments to us.

The next day, we were walking along the beach when a seller arrived to offer us a tour to different touristic places, I had been in Taganga in my last trip, one month before, it was my high school excursion, and I thought that it was a good place to go with my family, but my family decided to go to Tayrona park. The seller offered us amazing things, and we bought that.

The day came and we woke up so early, because we were a lot of people to be ready. While we were waiting for the agency, my nieces played on the street with my cousins, the bus arrived for us, and my nieces didnt appear, we were looking for them much time when I saw them in a grocery store. We could go to the tour, the seller had told that the trip was by boat, but he lied to us, all the trip was by bus, and the trip was just to one beach of Tayrona Park. We got at the beach and we were so angry, the worst part was that there were few restaurants, and little food. Besides, we were in a tent and was venting too much, in fact, we had sand in the eyes.

We had never been to a tour before; this was the first time, and maybe the last one.

FINAL PROJECT COURSE 13 BY: AGUSTÍN SANTOS VELASQUEZ

It was a rainy day four years ago. I was a student of the EIA. That day my Classmates and I had Chemistry Quiz at 7:00 am.

I was concerned that if I was going to lose the Quiz I would also going to lose the semester.

At that time three of my Classmates and I were going to College in one of the cars of one of my Classmates.

The way to go to College was always the same, we climbed up the road to Las Palmas. What we did not know was that in one of the curves of the road near the Colombus School a truck had spilled a slippery liquid, for this reason when my Classmate took the curve of the road lost control of the car. My Classmate try to control the car but it was impossible, so we bumped against the side of the road.

Fortunately none of my Classmates and I suffered injuries from the crash. For this reason only one of my Classmates remained at the crash site, waiting for the tow truck, while the rest of us took the bus that was going to the College and being able to do Chemistry Quiz.

When we got to the Classroom my other Classmates had already begun to answer the questions on the Quiz, so we also begin to answer It.

When all my Classmates finished answering the questions of the Quiz, we told them what happened to us a few minutes before. All were surprised by what we told them, at that time one of my Classmates told us that he also almost strikes the same place we bumped, so we also were surprised by what he told us, and I thought “He had more luck than us”.

When my Classmate finished his story, the first thing I did was go down to the cafeteria to take a coffee, I remembered I had to call my dad to ask if he could get the appointment for the dentist. In the middle of the conversation I told him what happened to us a few hours before, so he was worried. Then he began to wonder if I was not hurt, where we had hit, how were my classmates, how had left the car after the crash, etc. I answered all the questions and after a few minutes talking on the cell phone with him, he stayed calmer and I could continue with other activities that day.

A few days after we got the Quiz and to my surprise all who were in the car accident won the quiz.

A BAD EXPERIENCE CAN LAST FOREVER by Laura Cristina Vidal Berrío

It was a long time ago, I had 10 years old and it was New Years Eve when my family and I were getting back home from Santa Fe De Antioquia where we had spent our vacations. We were in the called Old Road to San Geronimo, it was a very narrow and winding way.

There were a lot of people trying to go back to Medellin that day so we found ourselves stuck in a traffic jam, we just moved along a few meters in a minute. It was normal in such a date, though. The only thing we were able to do being inside the car was waiting patiently but it looked like if something had happened several cars forward because the line hadn’t moved in a long time.

But worst was yet to come. Finally we could drive some miles till the cars stopped again, our vehicle drew up right in a curve and near to a cliff that we never actually saw till something crashed and pushed us to it.

This blue car drived by a young guy have just collided us from the back, letting the trunk of our car smashed, the back rear broken and the entire vehicle one step from the cliff.

We have never thought something like that would happen to us, we were absolutely scared and nervous. After getting out of the car we noticed the steep mountain we could have fell off for. My father went to talk with the man while my mom was trying to calm my sister and me, we both were crying because of the impact and shocked considering that the broken rear had fell on our heads.

Fortunately the glass was a secure one, and even it hit us it never hurt us. At that time the police had arrived and had been making the report of the accident.
Some hours after the event we left the place and started driving again. The rare had been replaced by a plastic and a little more relaxed but still thrilled we got home and celebrated New Year with our family.

Nowadays that creepy road doesn´t exist anymore, there´s this brand new and wide freeway that takes us to San Geronimo in the half time we used to. But one thing is sure, every time we pass by a cliff we remember this story and try to be careful to avoid any other bad episode.

MY NEW MOTORCYCLE BY PAOLA ANDREA QUICENO TAPIAS

It had been difficult to me every time I had to take a full bus or walk for twenty minutes to the Metro or maybe get stucked in a bad traffic. Every day when I had to go to work I dreamed with a motorcycle.  Therefore I decided to buy it as soon as it was posible in spite of my mother had been forbidding me to do it all the time.
Afterwards I wanted to practice immediately, so I went with my boyfriend to an empty place where I could fall down without damaging anybody.
It was a cold night, and while I was trying to drive, my boyfriend was looking at me just in case I could fall down. After some minutes everything was going all right, so I decided to ask him if he wanted to help me learn to ride with a passenger, so he accepted. I was driving up by a dark street when suddenly we were in a non-exit road so I had to turn right quickly, thus my heart that had been relaxed, started to beat stronger because it was the first time I had to give a turn in a hill. I got nervous, so when I started shouting him and telling that I would not be able to do it, instead of stop the motorcycle I speeded it up and we fell down.
I was feeling worried maybe he could hurt his body because of me. My knees and feet was paining, but in that moment, despite he and the motorcycle was over me I just was thinking about my motorcycle because it was new but, luckily nothing happened it. After few seconds, we stood up, but I realized it was being difficult to me to walk.
My knee was hurting  me a lot but I couldn’t tell anything to my mother because If she knew that I fell down, maybe she was going to prevent me from trying again, that is why I had to hide my pain.
I was scared about try again, in fact I’d been praying a lot for do not fall again. Afterwards one day I went with my parents and some friends to another place in order to practice. While I was trying again, they were having a good picnic, seemed to me as a family's Sunday trip.
My friends helped me a lot, and I had forgotten my fear, so I could go out to the highway and I started to drive as a professional.
I’ve had my motorbike for eight months and it has been a great experience, because it has helped me to save money and time.

London mishap By Nicolás Gómez

I went to London last semester for a short internship, but at the same time, I thought that take English classes was a good idea. Then I took some IELTS classes at the University.

On my first day of classes, the teacher (an aggressive woman from Australia named Zohar), gave us a talk about the time to arrive to class, she said that we must be five minutes before the class started, if we were on time it was ok, she could understood if someday we arrived five minutes later because we had a mishap, but after that we could wait for the next lesson, then we must to be there at 9:10 a.m. The second day I woke up and looked at my watch (my watch still was in the Colombian time) and I thought: “I am late for my English class, I have to hurry up”. I took a shower as fast as I could and ran to the tube. When I arrived to the classroom, nobody was in the classroom. After that I went upstairs to read the table and read the class hours and the classroom and it match with the classroom when I had been at 9:15 a.m. Then I decided to return to the classroom and verify if the teacher didn’t leave some note about a change of classroom. When I returned to the classroom, the security guy, a nice guy from Uganda, asked me if I needed something. He went with me to the table and we searched my name and went with me downstairs to the classroom and he told me: “This is your classroom, your first lesson starts at 9:15 a.m. now is 8:20, and then you have to wait for your class”. This moment I just realised I was misjudging London time. I had an egg on my face, it was really embarrassing.

A new fan; By Milton Palacios

I was born in Medellin and I’ve lived all my live here. Always Football likes to me, I’m not fan of any team of Medellin though. In middle 80’s there was a Football team which had won four championships in row its name was America of Cali. The America’s Coach was Gabriel Ochoa Uribe who had known my father in those years. He was in Medellin with his team to play a match with Medellin team. My father had been working for National and Medellin for few years, both are Football teams from Medellin city and because of that job my father had known many people around football like the coach of America of Cali team.
When my father realizes that the America was in the city he wanted to go to the hotel where the team was staying to say hello to his friend Gabriel Ochoa. I was 7 years old when it happened. Before the game my father took me to the Hotel where America of Cali team was staying. When we show up the hotel the America’s coach greetings us and tell us that he was making the technical talk when we show up, but it wasn’t any problem. He asks me if I would like to know the football players. I was excited because I had never known a professional football player and it would be the opportunity to know a completely team.
My father and I walked into the room where the team’s been having its talk and the Coach introduce me every one members of the team. The team was very friendly with me and I was so impressed to be there that I couldn’t say anything. Due to that I only could say one word, Hello! And before I left the room the Coach asks me in front of them if I would be a new fan of America of Cali and I answer, of course, yes!. Thanks to my answer the Coach gave me a ticket for the game which took place that day in the afternoon.

I went to the match and unfortunately my new team lost the game. However I go on being fan for America of Cali even after that loss. Although America is playing in a low category due to its bad results I still being fan of this team.

Near of my 39 years old By Driccer Goméz

Near of my 39 years old, I have been thinking about in different situations that have marked my life in all spaces and places, where I have walked and shared, with many co-workers, with my friends, my Parents, and different people who taught me to be a good person. When I was a teenager, I dreamed with to be a doctor, also with to be a football player or world traveler, but at the same time I was listening to radio at the time and its different stations, as a Veracruz Stereo 98.9, Todelar stereo, or the old Radioactiva, and so many other stations, special situation, which led me to love radio. In 1993 I studied in the school of speech, school where I was learning about the radio and how to make it. After this I was working in stations as Vida stereo 88.4 Radio super 710 am, Superstation 92.9, and finally, in the Music Channel, where I was a presenter video, now in the FM 106.3,
In this all-time I have had two terrible experiences, the first was in Vida stereo 88.4, and this station was always threatened by the militiamen who were at war with the gunmen in this neighborhood. In this time we felt bad. Fortunately we came out unscathed from these difficult times, finally I have remembered a very funny experience that I lived in 92.9 Superstation, when I was on the air for the first time alone, in this time our planet could enjoy of the world soccer cup from Korea y Japon, this day, I said we are living the best experience of the World Cup in Korea and ham.  Through the time I have seen many of my dreams including to be broadcaster came true with effort and dedication I hope have a good day, thank you very much for your time.
